Awesome Birthday Fun!

A week ago we celebrated the kiddo's birthdays.  We changed it up this year and did one big party with both sides of the families.  It was soooo much less stressful!!!   And we did the party at a hotel in the conference room and so then I didn't have to try and find space for almost 40 people at my home or someone elses home.  It was perfect and I am pretty sure the kids had a blast! :)   They have such loving families that love them so much.  They are lucky little kids.  Oh and spoiled!!!!!!

It was my Dad's 60th birthday also so we had a special little cake for him too!

Mason and one of his new "toys"!

And his other new "toy"  and outfit.  I think Tim is as excited about these as Mason is!!!  I don't blame him, it is pretty exciting to see him growing up and ready to start spending quality hunting time with his daddy!!!!

I am so proud of my kids and the people they are becoming!  I love you guys!  Happy Birthday!!  (a little late)

New gun!

Saturday morning we went out for breakfast with my mom and stepdad and then went gun shopping for MY STEPDAD!  Well, by the end of the day, we also owned a new .22 pistol.  I gave in to Tim's pouting eyes!
So, later that day we all headed over to my moms and shot the gun.  Even the kids had a chance to try it out.  Obviously, Mason was completely into it.  From the picture posted you will notice that Emily is really more excited to have her picture taken!

It had been probably 10 years since I shot a pistol.  I really had a blast shooting it!
So that was our exciting weekend!

I know it has been a while AGAIN!

I really don't have the excuse of being really busy!  I am just forgetful when it comes to this blog!

The kids have been busy playing with all of their toys lately!  The older they get the more Mason seems to bug his sister and the more yelling she does at him.  I am really ready for this cold weather to go away so we can play outside more often!

A little Tea Party at the baby doll table!

We headed to the Children Museum in Grand Rapids a couple of weeks ago with my sister and step sister and all the kiddo's (minus Riley)  It was really a good time. I had never been there before with them and they loved it!

(sorry for the picture of you making a ridicules face Nora)

Then that same week we headed to the roller rink for the first time with the kids.  Mason did suprisingly well for the first time.  He thought the whole experience was pretty cool.  Emily tried her best but just struggled.  Overall they had a ton of fun though.

We have been staying busy having fun and I have been horrible taking pictures so these are all I really have at this time.  I keep saying that I will get better about taking pictures so maybe this time it will happen!

Hopefully, I will be back on here with an update again soon!  Maybe before their birthdays in March!
